Gamesa Corporacin Tecnolgica (GCT) is an international leader in the development and application of advanced technologies in
the field of wind energy.
GCT has established an objective for all its activities design, manufacture, assembly, installation and after sales service for the
complete satisfaction of our clients by the production, assembly and after sale service of wind power generators in a safe work
environment while respecting environmental values along the course of the life cycle of its activities, following an advanced quality
system and a firm commitment to satisfy every necessity and expectation of our employees, clients, shareholders and interest
groups.
The path to Energy Culture necessarily requires a Total Quality approach that achieves excellence in Health and Safety, Environment,
Quality and Attention to the Clients matters.

The path to excellence is based on the foundations of our policies, which are:
Health and Safety is our main priority.
Commitment to responsible actions towards people health and safety and the environment. Being conscious of our interaction with the
environment, our commitment is fulfilled with the achievement of pollution prevention and compliance with every legal requirement
regarding the Health and Safety, Environment and our products together with any other acquired commitments.
Creation and distribution of wealth among our shareholders, employees, suppliers, clients and communities where we conduct our activities.
This process is carried out by the prevention of any non-conformity at every stage of our processes, being well-suited with the respect,
improvement and preservation of peoples health and safety, the environment and the quality of our products and services through a
commitment of continuous improvement.
Sense of responsibility. Health and Safety, respect for the Environment and the requirements of Quality must be inherent to the organization
and fully incorporated into the activities of every employee, and, specifically for people managing people at any possible level.

WE DEMAND:
These principles demand behaviour changes and continuous improvements that are carried out by:
The establishment of management systems that guarantee product manufacturing according to the clients needs. The use of appropriate
technologies, qualified teams, leadership, innovation in the market of wind energy and commitment to sustainability and social responsibility
are central to our values.
The establishment of plans for compliance and the creation of targets in Health and Safety, Environment, Quality and attention to clients. The
creation of measurable and achievable actions with dates, means and responsible persons defined are reviewed and up-dated every year.
The identification and periodic evaluation of any environmental impact and risk for Health and Safety as well as all those related to the quality
of our products and services.
The rational and optimized use of all resources together with the minimization of waste generation, atmospheric emission or any other release
to the environment.
The effective use of controls. We demand acceptance of and compliance with these policies and shall establish controls to detect any
abnormality and thereafter implement preventive and corrective actions regarding security and workplace health and safety, environment and
quality.
The staff of this organization must maintain and support this policy at the highest level of knowledge, understanding, development and up-
dating. We regard training and awareness as basic instruments for Health and Safety, Environment and Quality and as a means to achieve staff
knowledgeable in this policy.
Development, improvement and application of beneficial procedures that guarantee the maximum safety for employees, zero environmental
impact and the highest quality required by our clients.
Development of an assured behaviour. We focus on the improvement of the personal commitment of the staff by boosting personal
participation, together with their legal representatives, with respect for the safety and environment regulations and standards as to the level of
quality and service.
Open and clear communication with all other interested parties. Making a call for a deep involvement and participation of the people and their
representatives, and to extend the commitment to customers, suppliers, subcontractors and communities where GCT carries on its activities.

GAMESA MANAGEMENT BOARD COMMITMENTS:


We support these policies and so we provide the organization with the necessary human resources, technical knowledge, technological and
financial means to enable the implementation and development of the Integrated Management System.
These policies are distributed throughout the organization and made available to all interested parties for their communication and
understanding.
For that purpose, the Steering Committee of GCT undertakes to carry out and ensure that the policies developed in this document are
periodically revised to guarantee their validity.
