Appellant-Petitioner-Plaintiff Cody Robert Judy, appearing pro se in this case

respectfully submits this NOTICE OF APPELLEE(s)- RESPONDANTS FAILURE TO RESPOND

pursuant Rule 31.(c) [ An appellee who fails to file a brief will not be heard at oral argument

unless the court grants permission.]

12 CFR 509.203 (b)- Answer, consequences of failure to answer, and consent. ((b) Default.

Failure of a respondent to file an answer within the time provided constitutes a waiver of its

right to appear and contest the allegations in the notice. If a timely answer is not filed, a default

Order may be entered. A respondent that believes that there was good cause for it to not file an

answer within the time allowed may request that the Office exercise its discretion to vacate such

a default Order. A default Order based upon a respondent's failure to answer is deemed to be a

final Order issued upon consent.

 Consent of the Fact Related to the Case

1- Mr. Judys Brief was filed, accepted, and compliant with the Court Docketed May 8th,

2017 and Served to the Appellees as is recorded. Mr. Judy has provided ample evidence

all the Appellees were served every paper relevant to this action.

2- Mr. Judy has provided ample evidence that the Federal Court tampered with his Record

of Service, also noticed by the Federal Courts unwillingness to grant another service.

3- Barack Obamas long form birth certificate presented to the Public by him, and posted,

was not a copy of an Original, was fabricated, and represented fraudulent identification

as was presented by a lawfully authorized and recognized authority by the Court

instituted as a Sheriffs Cold Case Posse; and experts they employed independent of bias

politically the Court would also respect in 9 Points of Forgery amounting to

identification Fraud and thus deception upon the Voters of the American Public in order

to obtain Public Office ie. The Office of the President in a usurpation.

4- Rep. Nancy Pelosi dis-enfranchised the State of Hawaii by representing Barack Obama as

Qualified and able to serve in the Office of the President under the provisions of the

Constitution, rather than incorporate Hawaiis objection of Barack Obama not being

qualified.

5- Barack Obama is not nor ever was a natural born Citizen ie. Born in the U.S. to Citizen

Parents representing Americas Choice, with any foreign allegiance by soil or Parents.

 6- Mr. Judy suffered irreparable harm to his reputation, person, and Presidential Campaign

under the fair and equal Standards of the Constitution running for the Office of

President, constituting a violation of his Civil Rights.

7- Barack Obama, OFA, and DNC formed a cartel subject to provisions of the Sherman Act/

and collaborating Clayton Act subjecting the, (their), Corporations to penalties and fines

by the evidence presented equal to a standard of Fraud upon Mr. Judy and the

American Public.

8- Recommendations of these facts and grievances provide that Justice award Mr. Judy a

full measure of his grievance and complaint equal to $140,000,000.00 U.S. Dollars.

9- Mr. Judy request a FINAL ORDER to the Case lawfully binding the Appellees.
