CECCONIS

DUMBO
Soho House & Cos first public New York restaurant,
located off Brooklyn Bridge Park

Soho House & Co will open Cecconi's Dumbo, the groups first public restaurant
in New York, which will serve classic northern Italian food with a modern twist.
Located on the ground floor of DUMBOs new Empire Stores, the restaurant will
include a large eat-in bar, main dining room and outdoor terrace, all with views of
Brooklyn Bridge Park, the East River and downtown Manhattan.

Originating in Londons Mayfair, Cecconis was first opened in 1978 by Enzo
Cecconi, the youngest-ever general manager of the famous Cipriani in Venice.
Reopened and then taken over by Soho House in 2005, the restaurant has been kept
true to its original form. Cecconis DUMBO will continue to reference its history,
marking the third U.S. outpost and seventh globally.

Executive Chef Riccardo Bilotta, previously of The Lambs Club and Avoce
Columbus Circle, has worked alongside Soho Houses Executive Chef Andrea
Cavalerie, to create a menu that will offer a variety of cicchetti (Italian tapas),
seasonal vegetables and salads, along with house-made pastas and pizzas. Main
dishes will include a selection of meat, fish and vegetarian options, all prepared in a
wood-burning oven or charcoal grill.

Soho Houses in-house team, Design & Build, is leading the restaurants design. The
three distinct dining areas will blend the old with the new, with classic, Venetian
elements which speak to the restaurant's Italian heritage fused with original,
industrial characteristics of the Empire Stores restored building.

Cecconis Dumbo will be open for daily lunch and dinner service as well as weekend
brunch. The restaurant will also offer a mid-week aperitivo menu, available from 4
to 7 p.m. as well as Sunday Supper each week.

For private events, options will range from full or partial buy-outs, to dinners or
cocktail receptions within the restaurant's private dining room.

Additional Cecconis outposts are located in West Hollywood and Miami, along with
London, Berlin, Istanbul and most recently, Barcelona.
