Audit Data Export Analytics Administration Tool

Overview

The purpose of this document is to describe the exports files generated when using the Audit Data Export
Analytics administration tool.

Audit Entities

The sections below describe the field mappings for each of the individual entities.

The first 4 columns of the export file will be the same for every export type.

Column Description Comments

UserId User identifier who made the change

TransDate Transaction timestamp when the change was

made

Operation Audit Operation Type ADD (new user record was added)
MODIFY (existing user record was changed)
DELETE (existing user record was deleted)

AuditType Audit Record Type BEFORE (for a MODIFY operation type this is the
user record prior to the change)
AFTER (for a MODIFY operation type this is the
user record after the change)
