I have learned my process perfectly in very cheering manner.

Q3 Do you feel confident about your job post Induction Training? Explain

Yes! I m very confident about my job profile, as it was introduced


to me in perfect manner..
Q4 Do you think you need any more training? State and Elaborate.

No I dont need any training for my job as every thing was taught in proper way &
explained very systematically in very good manner

But I need some more guidelines for leadership, in the sense, I dont need training but
need some more guidline which are practially Important for Leadership

Q5 Do you like your job? If so why?

Yes I loved My job very much.every day I m learning new things form my colleagues,
companions, friends & even form my seniors

I believe in 1 thing Love your job & you will never have to work again
& what ever I do in my Life I have learned to give my 100% for it....

* Every body can get angry thats easybut getting angry at right person with right
intensity, at right reason & right time & in right waythats hard

My job profile is to handle my ARC in proper way by giving a good & quality service to
my customer & even same to my company
I have to handle my Irrate customers, my company employes who are working with me &
even my company..

As on today I dont have any difficulties for any thing as I m getting proper support from
every one I neededas far as knowledge is concerned no one is prefect with every thing &
every one learns every thing day by .so I am taking the most benefit of my training &
every thing which is possible to learn..

Q10 On Top Priority what are the 3 things that you would like to change in your respective
ARCs?

I think in my current ARC every one needs to work on discipline.& remining every
thing is fine.
