Note that when additional review rounds are performed, the revision is updated in the Submittal Reference and
the existing comments / responses remain with follow up comments / responses inserted within the same row
as a new paragraph in order to keep a full review history summarised within the same form. The PMC is also
allowed to make comments in the form of a note, which is a remark that does not require amendment to the
submittal (hence counts as a status A). When requesting acknowledgement from the contractor this receives a
status B and turns status A when the Contractor acknowledgement is given.

Acceptance of this submittal does not alter in any way whatsoever the Contractors contractual or common obligations and
responsibilities. Where the submittal is any way a variance with the specification or contract drawings, such variations
must be identified and brought to the attention of the Consultant in the submittal. The Consultant's acceptance and
Engineer's approval will be invalidated if such variations are not identified. The Contractor should review the submittal
comments in accordance with QCS 2010, Section 1, Part 7.3.6.
