To Whom It May Concern,

It is my honor and privilege to recommend Miss Tawny Ditto for a teaching position in your
county. Miss Ditto has been a reading/writing teacher here in Dorchester County, Maryland for
the last two years.

Miss Ditto is always organized and well-prepared for each class. She sets exceptionally high
standards and expectations for every student in each of her classes, and provides them with
clear, written objectives on the first day of each class.

A well-liked and respected teacher, Miss Ditto is popular with the students and has formed great
relationships with them in the classroom.

Although it is with sadness that I see Miss Ditto leave Dorchester County, I am happy to
recommend her for a teaching position. It is my opinion that any elementary school would be
fortunate to have a teacher of her caliber. I am confident that she will prove to be a valuable
member of your faculty should you choose to hire her. Please feel free to contact me if you have
questions via email at robbinss@dcpsmd.org.

Sincerely,

To Whom It May Concern:

It is my honor and privilege to recommend Ms. Tawny Ditto for elementary or middle school
teaching positions. Tawny has been the fourth-grade Language Arts teacher at Warwick
Elementary School this past school year. As one of my colleagues, I have found Tawny a
pleasure to work with as well as a dynamic force in the classroom. She is extremely
organized, self-motivated, and very dedicated to the responsibilities of her career. Tawny
has built a strong rapport with all fifty-six of the students she has taught within the first
month she was at Warwick Elementary School.

Tawny possesses a positive and enthusiastic personality. She is always organized and well-
prepared for each of her classes. She has impressive time management skills and prepares
her materials and lessons weeks in advance prior to teaching the content. She sets
exceptionally high standards and expectations for every student in each of her classes, and
provided them with clear, written objectives and rules to have her classroom run smoothly.

Tawny has excellent communication skills and interconnects professionally with co-
workers, administration, and parents. She has been able to reach out to the parents at
Warwick Elementary School through multiple medias of technology. Tawny has been able
to keep the students and parents currently updated and prepared for the future events in
the classroom as well. She gives students fully access opportunities in a rapidly, changing,

To Whom It May Concern:

It is my honor to recommend Ms. Tawny Ditto for elementary and middle school
teaching position. Tawny has been the fourth-grade Reading and Language Arts
teacher at Warwick Elementary School for the school year 2016-2017. As a coworker, I
found Tawny pleasant to work with and a strong educator. She is very well organized,
motivated to succeed, and has high expectations for her students and herself. Her
open personality also allowed her to develop connections with each of the fourth
graders she taught.

During the school year I saw Tawnys organization help her to keep her classroom
running smoothly. This organization allowed her to have materials prepped for her
lessons before the lesson, as well as supplies available for students who were in need. It
also allowed her to have lesson plans available to share with colleagues or observers
upon request. She made sure that her lessons were rigorous and challenged the
students, and that the expectations for learning were always clearly set through
objectives posted on the board, and explanation of the days lesson.

Tawnys interactions with her students showed that she had taken time to get to know
each of them throughout the school year. She was able to reference at least one like
or dislike of any of the 56 fourth grade students she taught throughout the school day,
and used this knowledge to connect and maintain a strong rapport with them.

I believe that Tawny would make a wonderful educator for your county. Her ability to
connect with students, motivation, and ability to prepare ahead of time make her a
dynamic teacher in the classroom and strong asset in the school community. If you
