Para hacer una exposicin o mantener una conversacin sencilla sobre temas
tcnicos de Inventories
1. Determine el tipo de inventario a implementar en su proyecto de formacin.

Perpetual inventory system or perpetual

With this method the company maintains a continuous record of their stocks and
the costs of products or goods sold .
It allows better control of the article and the application of techniques of products
have a rela time information on inventory levels , turnover, price development , etc.
Therefore improves decision -making.
Facilitates physical count in the event that this is necessary to carry out a check
of inventory. Allows you to reduce costs and provide better customer service , etc.

2. Establezca las polticas de inventario(s) para ordenar, organizar, programar

y transportar segn su proyecto de formacin.
POLICIES OF INVENTORIES
- Define the desired level of inventory investment.
- Maintain physical inventory levels as close as possible to what was planned.
- Minimize unit costs of raw materials; identify reliable suppliers.
- Maximize coverage requests.
- Minimize inventory investment: reducing the financial risk .; maximize cash flow.
 3. Realice una simulacin pronstica de la demanda de los productos o
servicios a ejecutar a travs de los inventarios.

Ejemplo: The company is going to receive goods every day.

The company is going to receive 100 goods during a month.
The company is going to dispatch 100 goods in three weeks .
