Greetings of peace!

We, the Level IV students are currently organizing a seminar for NCM 107B in Leadership and
Management and are currently in charge of the seminar this coming Friday, January 20 2017 which is
entitled Military Nursing: Inspiring Nurses to Serve the Nation with our guest speaker, BGen. Paulita
Cruz.

We, the group in charge of this seminar have always envisioned a successful one and this requires a bit
more than what us, regular students, can procure. This seminar requires more than just the listening ears
and minds of our audience and participants it also requires us to prepare food for the guests, faculty and
other participants, token of appreciation, flowers, honorarium and other materials needed to make this
possible (printing of invitations). In line with this, we would like to request for help to fund this from our
own batch fund. Attached with this letter is a detailed breakdown of our expenses for this seminar. All
receipts will also be submitted in the event that this should be approved.
