RUNNING THE TCP STRING HOKCHI-5DEL

Health and Safety

Always read the instructions in conjunction with the drilling programme.
Always ask when you are unclear on any operational issues.
Stop the job if you see something unsafe.

The following procedure for RUNNING THE TCP STRING will be supervised by Schlumberger TCP
Engineers and Hokchi Engineers.

The perforating Guns and firing head, will ONLY be handled by Schlumberger personnel under strict
control of the Rig Permit to Work system.

ALL TUBULARS AND ACCESSORIES WHICH ARE RUN IN THE HOLE MUST HAVE FULLY DOCUMENTED
LENGTHS, ODS , IDS, FISHNECK DIMENSIONS

ALL TUBULARS WHICH GO IN THE HOLE MUST BE DRIFTED TO THE SIZE STIPULATED BY THE
SCHLUMBERGER SUPERVISOR

TRIP TANK AND PUMP MIST BE RUNNING WITH HIGH AND LOW ALARMS AT ALL TIMES WHEN
TRIPPING IN THE HOLE AND WHEN STATIC.

1. Stop and hold tool box talk and safety meeting to be conducted by schlumberger tcp
supervisor.
2. Use safety clamp on all tubulars when setting in the slips
3. Prepare 2 7/8 Elevator, 7 Slips, 7 and 2 7/8 Safety collar.
4. Pick up perforation guns, Firing Head, tubing 3 and screen, both of which have to be slung
and handled by Schlumberger personnel
5. Make Up Connections as per Schlumberger instructions
6. Pick up X-Overs to and install the Stabilizer and Make up with the Rig Tons.
7. Continue to run RIH 5 Drill Pipe as per in tally, drifting all pipe in the pickup process.
RIH with control speed 45 ft/min and avoid sudden braking.
8. Position with tally pipe the perforating gun in the interval 1040 1042 m
9. Connect the TIW Valve and the Top drive on the string.
10. Line up the rig Pump to the top drive and pump 50 bbl of mud 1.90 gr/cc. Displace with 67
bbl of mud 1.30 gr/cc.
11. Close Pipe Rams and Pressure Up the well with the rig pum up to 1900 psi during 2 minutes
and bleed off to 200 psi. Follow the SLB instructions.
12. After perforating the interval, monitor the well as per Hokchi Energy Instructions.
13. If is necessary, circulate the well.
14. POOH the string and recover the TCP string.
