Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

We, the church of Word of Hope Manila, will be having a Medical Mission with the team of
Joyce Meyer, this aims to extend medical and spiritual help to some of the barangays at Moriones,
Tondo. This Medical Mission will be held on April 25, 2017 at Moriones, Tondo Manila.

In line with this church activity, we are humbly requesting your permission to excuse Hezel Rio
Ann V. Bangui from your class on the said date, which falls on Tuesday.

The event will require him/her to stay in the venue for the whole day; therefore, she will not be
able to attend your class for the above mentioned day. If there are concerns in class that may affect
her standing, we ask for your kind consideration.

It is our desire that the people at the area will open up their minds and hearts for the Lord, and one
way of helping them with this is through such activities as this Medical Mission. We hope that you
would be our partner with this endeavor by allowing your student to attend the mission.
