ESPRESSO MACHINE

An espresso machine brews coffee by forcing pressurized water near boiling point through a

"puck" of ground coffee and a filter in order to produce a thick, concentrated coffee

called espresso. It may also have a steam wand which is used to steam and froth liquids, to

include milk, for coffee drinks such as cappuccino and caffe latte. Espresso machines may

be steam-driven, piston-driven, pump-driven, or air-pump-driven. Machines may be manual or

automatic.

COFFEE GRINDER

A device for pulverizing or powdering coffee beans so they can be brewed as coffee. There are

also electrical, manual and industrial types of coffee grinder.

REFRIGERATOR

A refrigerator is a machine for keeping things cold. It is sometimes called a fridge or an icebox.

People put food and drinks in it, to keep those items cold or good (unspoiled) for a longer time.

FREEZER

A freezer is a device similar to a refrigerator that maintains a temperature below the freezing

point of water.

KITCHEN STOVE

A kitchen stove is a kitchen appliance designed for the purpose of cooking food. Kitchen stoves

rely on the application of direct heat for the cooking process and may also contain an oven, used

for baking.
FRYING PAN

A frying pan, frypan, or skillet is a flat-bottomed pan used for frying, searing,

and browning foods. It is typically 200 to 300 mm (8 to 12 in) in diameter with relatively low

sides that flare outwards, a long handle, and no lid.

KITCHEN KNIFE

A kitchen knife is any knife that is intended to be used in food preparation. While much of this

work can be accomplished with a few general-purpose knives notably a large chef's knife, a

tough cleaver, and a small paring knife there are also many specialized knives that are

designed for specific tasks. Kitchen knives can be made from several different materials.

KITCHEN CUTTING BOARD

A cutting board is a durable board on which to place material for cutting. The kitchen cutting

board is commonly used in preparing food; other types exist for cutting raw materials such

as leather or plastic. Kitchen cutting boards are often made of wood or plastic and come in

various widths and sizes.

MICROWAVE OVEN

A microwave oven (commonly referred to as a microwave) is a kitchen appliance that heats and

cooks food by exposing it to microwave radiation in the electromagnetic spectrum. This

induces polar molecules in the food to rotate and produce thermal energy in a process known

as dielectric heating. Microwave ovens heat foods quickly and efficiently because excitation is

fairly uniform in the outer 2538 mm(11.5 inches) of a homogeneous, high water content food

item; food is more evenly heated throughout (except in heterogeneous, dense objects) than

generally occurs in other cooking techniques.

Office Tools and Equipment

STAPLER

a device for fastening together sheets of paper with a staple or staples.

SCISSORS

are hand-operated shearing tools. They consist of a pair of metal blades pivoted so that the

Dispensers vary widely based on the tape they dispense.

PRINTER
