From the Rocky Mountains to California to Hawaii: 2005 in Review

Dear Colleagues,
From the snow capped mountains of Utah to the dry, rolling hills of Southern California to the lush
tropical forests of the Hawaiian Islands, you’ll find DYK water storage tanks, digesters and other liquid
containment tanks that have been crafted with care and uniquely suited to their environment. DYK prides
itself with the engineering and appearance of its tanks and the fact that they have provided continuous service
with very low operating costs for our clients.

For over 40 years DYK has been involved in the construction of liquid-tight storage tanks as small as
100,000 gallons to the largest prestressed concrete tanks in the world. We are proud to continue to work with
the caliber of clients we have and feel that our tanks are a true testimonial of DYK’s commitment to providing
lasting structures for future generations.

We want to make sure you have the facts about the benefits of prestressed concrete tanks. Please call us if
you have any questions about any of our tanks or would like to tour a tank near you. You can call us toll-free
at 800-227-8181.

Sincerely,

Max Dykmans, PE
President

DYK tanks are built with a specific site in mind. Sometimes, an at-grade
standard tank is best, however, architectural treatments often make a
significant difference to the quality of life of the community. That’s the case
with this tank disguised as a rock formation in Brentwood, California.
