The four-day Black Belt certification program provides an advanced insight and
hands on practice on Six Sigma. The program combines lecture, case studies,
and team exercises.
The pre requisite for this program is Six Sigma Green Belt Training/
Certification.

The program starts with a pre-course test which serves as a refresher on Green
Belt. The Program runs with case studies being solved using Minitab. Each
candidate works on data and exercises on Minitab enabled computers provided
in the class.
By the end of the program, candidates would have understood concepts and
application of advanced Six Sigma tools would have completed two practice
projects and would be ready to initiate Black Belt projects at work place.

Course To provide knowledge and hands-on practice on Six Sigma Black Belt and verify
competence through certification process.

Methodology

Highly interactive including run through Minitab training, case studies practice
sessions, and project identification exercises.

Certification

All participants who complete the program successfully (test on fifth day), shall
be certified.

An additional Project Completion Certificate can be achieved by candidates who

complete a Black Belt project and submit a project report. A practice project with
complete data and case history shall be provided to candidates.
