Message to Investors

Smith Properties and Investments, S P & I offers sustainable, secure, safe living for those who have a contractual
relationship and fiduciary responsibilities administered with Smith Properties and Investments and to its trustees,
recipients, employees, account members, investors and subscribers (clients). As of 2017, Smith Properties &
Investments offers investment bonds and municipal bonds to investors who participate in the investment strategies
of S P & I. Since 2015, S P & I serves as a private family trust and holding company for S P & I holdings and its
investments that offer cash management services for its clients.

Smith Properties & Investments is solely managed by appointed Trustees who appoint a Financial Officer, Fund
Managers and Securities Underwriters to develop and administer financial strategies to coordinate securities
investments and transactions. S P & I is owned by its Trustees and Recipients with a large percentage of S P & Is
ownership is reinvested in its General Fund which manages several holdings and investments to finance newly
forming entities.

S P & Is portfolio consists mainly of bond issuances for the planning and development of investments which are
especially designed for life care services for communities with limited services. Other investments are family
owned and operated entities which support various communities in the continent of North America and U. S.
possessions which are detailed in the S P & Is Prospectus of Family Investments. All S P & I investments
strategies contribute to the support of human capitalism, human development and life care services for the
continuance of life and community sustainability. In the future, S P & I will assist other organizations and countries
with the planning and development of life care planning services.

Most recently, Smith Properties & Investments has plans to develop life care facilities in four counties in Arizona
that have low populations which are located in areas with no regional hospitals or trauma centers within a 5 to 10
mile radius. Graham, La Paz, Greenlee and Santa Cruz Counties are located within areas of frequent highway traffic
and limited medical facilities or hospitals. Most towns and cities in Graham, La Paz, Greenlee and Santa Cruz
Counties, except Graham County have only access to hospitals that are several miles and towns away.

As a solution to remedy limited funding and medical services within low populated areas of Arizona, Smith
Properties & Investments has planned and developed life care facilities proximal to Trauma Surgical Facilities in
Arizona:

Birthing Care Facility, (BCF) is essentially designed to administer birthing care services for infants and their
families.

Extended Care Facility, (ECF) is essentially designed to administer extended care services for patients who require
nursing or skilled nursing care services for complete recovery, up to 90 days.

Mobile Medical Response


Smith Properties & Investments is the holding company for Account Pamela & Associates, a financial consulting
company that is to extend its services to offer mobile diagnostic medical services.

S P & I Bed and Breakfast


S P & I Bed and Breakfast, (SBB) is an ideal investment located in the same geographical locations of other life care
services. S P & I Bed and Breakfast is a convenient accommodation for quests, friends and family of those who are
receiving medical services.

Daycare Facility
Daycare Facility, (DCF) is designed to care and nurture the growth and development of infants from ages 6 weeks to
3 years of age. TSF, ECF, MMR and SBB staff members who have young infants and toddlers will have the

Trauma Surgical Facility

The bond issues schedule for Trauma Surgical Facility, (TSF) tentatively begins during fourth quarter of 2017 or the
first quarter of 2018. The design and development of a Trauma Surgical Facility is cost effective to minimize
emergency response time for medical services. Since 2007, the response time during an emergency is 8 to 10
minutes, up to 20 minutes in most jurisdictions. Each Trauma Surgical Facility is to service at least the maximum
number of persons at full capacity during any hour of operations. The Trauma Surgical Facility is equipped with
surgical operating rooms to perform lifesaving emergency operations to stabilize trauma patients for transport to a
receiving hospital, trauma center or other medical facility. The Surgical Trauma Facility is equipped with an acute
care or intensive care area, a telemetry unit to observe and perform critical skilled nursing care until the patient is
stable for transport. The overall mitigation of emergency services will effectively improve an ambulance and
aviation ambulance response time. Research reveals a Trauma Surgical Facility located in rural outlying
populations will improve health and safety measures. A Trauma Surgical Facility can offer emergency operations,
ambulance services and aviation ambulances options during a national crisis, disaster or emergency.

The Trauma Surgical Facility revenue and cost projections are based on the approximation of 8 patient visits per day
who require surgical services. Typically, each TSF is equipped to manage and service 10 persons per hour with a
minimum capacity to provide 8 surgeries per day, inclusive of acute care and telemetry services. Based on the
average actual costs of surgeries and procedures which involve major trauma to the head, cervical cord, neck and
thoracic regions of the body, Account Pamela & Associates obtained estimations of cost as provided by the
publication, Banner Health Care of Arizona, Banner Health Audited Financials 2016, Banner Healths annual
financial audit. Based on the cost projections above, each Trauma Surgical Facility profits within the first year
whether as a non-profit or for profit tax status facility. The Trauma Surgical Facility Cost Projections above saves
millions of dollars of tax liability and operating cost as a non-profit facility. The significant savings of cost can be
utilized to improve services and operations. Revenue operating profits can be utilized to offer the benefit of a self
insured facility to expand future medical benefits and services.

In theory, each TSF is essentially designed to administer critical care for patients who have life threatening injuries
or illnesses. TSF dispatchers are trained to mitigate incoming patients who have minimum chances for survival
only. Patients are administered life support services and stabilized until transport can be arranged to the nearest
trauma center or hospital. Research by Account Pamela & Associates revealed each Trauma Surgical Facility has
the potential for growth to expand its operations to own and operate its own ambulances and aviation ambulances to
further reduce emergency response time.

TSF Bond Fund Allocation

Smith Properties & Investments allocate funding per jurisdiction, per county, per state according to the location of
investments in accordance to intrastate financial laws. Proceeds are allocated to expenses and liabilities of each
entity per jurisdiction, per county and per state with obligations to bondholders, investors, recipients and Trustees.
Net proceeds are allocated to the General Fund. Smith Properties & Investments has a commitment to recipients,

Birthing Care Facility

Birthing Care Facility, (BCF) is essentially designed to administer birthing care services for infants and their
families. A Birthing Care Facility is strategically located in populations with minimum access for hospital care or
hospitalization. A Birthing Care Facility is cost effective to reduce medical emergencies and offers access for
birthing medical services to increase the survival rate of the population it serves. A Birthing Care Facility is support
services for populations who desire birthing and parenting skills and offers safe and healthy facilities for the delivery
of infants with a to z birthing care support educational services.

Mobile Medical Response

Smith Properties & Investments is the holding company for Account Pamela & Associates, a financial consulting
company that offers research and analysis of information including online medical screenings and research.
Account Pamela & Associates in the future will extend its services to offer mobile diagnostic medical services,
Mobile Medical Response (MMR). Account Pamela & Associates plans to offer mobile diagnostic medical services
throughout the continent of the U. S. and other countries.

Extended Care Facility

Extended Care Facility, (ECF) is essentially designed to administer extended care services for patients who require
nursing or skilled nursing care services for complete recovery. Extended Care Facilities are short to long term
medical care from 1 to 90 days. An ECF is strategically located in populations with minimum access for hospital
care or hospitalization. An ECF is cost effective to reduce reoccurring symptoms, infections and further injury to
patients. An Extended Care Facility is an ideal investment located in the same geographical locations of other life
care services.

S P & I Bed and Breakfast

An S P & I Bed and Breakfast is convenient accommodations for quests, friends and family of those who are
receiving medical services. An SBB typically is located in populations with minimum access for hospital care or
hotel and resort accommodations. S P & I Bed and Breakfast, (SBB) is an ideal investment located in the same

Each Daycare Facility is designed to care and nurture the growth and development of infants from ages 6 weeks to 3

S P & I Insurance

S P & I Life and Health Insurance (S P & I I) is an ideal investment located in the same geographical locations of
other life care services. S P & I Life and Health Insurance is provision to self- insure medical services and medical
life care entities. S P & I Insurance is available to subscribers and employees of S P & I. S P & I Insurance will in
the future offer other investments products and services.

Account Pamela & Associates


Account Pamela & Associates (A P & A), a financial consulting company offers research and analysis of
information including medical screenings and life care services. S P & I is the holding company and trust of
AP & A. Account Pamela & Associates is publisher of the ARIZONAN Publication, an online research
publication.

Risks of Investments
S P & I investment portfolio is insured with surety bonds with minimal risk to market fluctuations. Smith Properties
& Investments is a private family trust and is not a member of Securities Exchange Commission, (SEC). S P & I is
classified as a cash management company with face amount certificate company principals and practices regulated
by the Investment Company Act of 1940. Bond investments with S P & I have limited risk to investors and are
