Recent news and revelations have begun to prove that the US
has been playing a very dangerous and reckless world game
in its very repulsive quest to dominate the globe. After the fall of the soviet bloc the US brazenly announced its intention to impose the so-called 'new world order' on the whole world. The reward it got from this 'new world order' grand design was the 'September Eleven' episode or incident. That incident directly propelled the US to attack and invade some places abroad and one of them was Afghanistan. At the time Afghanistan was ruled by the Taliban authorities who were quite friendly to Pakistan. This Taliban did not trouble its neighbours at all and even some of its leaders went on visits to the land of the Great Satan during the 1990s and even up to the time just shortly before the September Eleven incident. However, in a flash that incident changed all that. The US invaded Afghanistan after giving out an ultimatum which was simply impossible for the hapless Taliban to comply with. The Taliban was chased out of Kabul and they soon joined the al-Qaeda group in the remote areas and mountains bordering Pakistan. This was at the tail-end of 2001 and from there the US planned or decided that this was yet one more opportunity to extend its military tentacles this time to central Asia. The US rounded up its allies or stooges and set up camp in Afghanistan. US leaders and the US Pentagon generals rubbed their hands in glee and thought that Afghanistan was now their key or gateway to the prized lands bordering Afghanistan. Within these lands the US and its CIA and its military could then begin to create very big and unending havoc for all those who dared to disobey or challenge the great US nation. A long held and very cherished dream was about to be realised. Meanwhile, the helpless Afghan civilians could be used as free and abundant fodder for the newly arrived troops. The US took over all the existing facilities built by the former USSR and used them as their bases but some were turned into prisons and torture centres for use by the US military intelligence units and the CIA. It was like opening a secret treasure chest and finding all sorts of desirable gifts inside. With its forces squatting mightily in Afghanistan, the US could also start dreaming of snagging all the precious oil from the not-too-faraway Caspian region and doing it without any hindrance from other powers. Through its firm foothold in Afghanistan, the US could now spread its wings to the rest of central Asia and acquire strategic assets like airbases as part of its grand plan to dominate the world. Truly the US could not have asked for more. The untold riches that were unfolding were truly beckoning to the US leaders. The new world order was alive and well. However, the Taliban and its allies proved to be very thoroughly indigestible foes. They were very determined fighters full of individuals willing to sacrifice their lives in order to hurt the enemy and bamboozle his control over the country. Added to that was the very rugged contour of the land where they had their hideouts. The US could never become master here unless it could send in one million soldiers or perhaps two million if needed. Also, the Taliban commanded the sympathy and support of their fellow brothers in Pakistan. Tribal clans especially the Pashtun people and the ones in the Pakistan government services readily share a common bond with the Afghan Taliban and so provided very valuable help to them. In response the US and its allies committed untold atrocities against the civilians in both Afghanistan and Pakistan and employed deadly anti-tank missiles to kill scores and scores of innocent people. The US is still doing this today. As a result, the overall resistance against the regime of terror unleashed by the US military and the CIA has greatly stiffened and people are lining up to join the war against the US and their stooges. In Pakistan, the insurgents are constantly attacking both the US military convoys and the pro-US Pakistani authorities. Casualties are mounting and the Afghan civilians are tired and angry at the non-stop atrocities committed by the US. The Afghan president Karzai is useless and merely acts as a puppet for the foreign presence in the country. The days of his rule are surely numbered. The picture that emerges from this situation is one that is very grim. Afghanistan could well become today's Vietnam for the US and Pakistan, tomorrow's Kampuchea. The US has never learned anything useful from its reckless wars and military adventures in S E Asia in the past. The US was soundly defeated in Vietnam and Laos was taken over by the Pathet Lao and Cambodia was seized by the Khmer Rouge. In south and central Asia, Afghanistan could become the next Vietnam and Pakistan the next Kampuchea. Kashmir could become the next Laos. Surely a new round of Killing Fields is about to be unleashed by the US. The US leadership including the present one has churned out a veritable litany of outright lies, sheer falsehoods and blatant misrepresentations of its actions in Afghanistan and its aims for the whole of central Asia. The US quest for controlling the entire region via military action will only result in one thing, rivers of blood flowing through the affected countries. Once the US is ejected from Afghanistan (which is very inevitable), the Taliban and its allies will be fully able to take over Kabul and Islamabad. But they definitely will not be stopping there. They will surely continue southwards and go ahead with the freeing of their fellow brothers in Kashmir. The days of the docile Taliban leadership are now gone for good. Borders are no longer off-limits ! The US is surely playing a very dangerous game in Afghanistan and what is worse is the US leadership's constant bluffing and lying about the current situation over there. There is no longer any hope of victory in Kabul and the so-called surge is just a licence to sacrifice more lives needlessly in a vain attempt to present a false picture of what is really taking place there. The US leader is a very feckless person and his military generals merely a bunch of goons and murderers and serial killers. They have clearly misled the US public and put the whole world in great danger. The US, far from fighting terror is giving birth to more terror. In fact, the US is the great mother of all terror. It is time now for the US public to wake up and tell the president and the military generals to stop the bullshitting. It is time now for the stooges and the would-be stooges in the world to stop their support for the hopeless cause that is being pursued by the US in Afghanistan. It is time now to recognise the Taliban as the legitimate ruler of Afghanistan and to get rid of the puppets in Kabul. Negotiate now with the Taliban for an end to the adventures in Afghanistan. The war there can no longer be won and the wanton killing there is at no time any bit justifiable at all !!! Get out of Afghanistan now. Stop killing the innocent. Bring the Taliban back to power before they decide to take it back by entering and marching into Kabul. Their next march could take them past Islamabad and onto Srinagar ! Now that's SOMETHING for the US leadership to chew on. Please stop bluffing the US public. AND stop misleading the rest of the world.
