July 18,2016 Aug.27,2016?? Due to delivery of Unit 2 GSUT & The Unit 2 GSUT & Generator arrived to site on July
Generator thru the temporary 18,2016.The removed part of PR-1 (Lifting 9) was
Jetty removed on July 18,2016 & put back on about
Aug.27,2016. Have to check the reason why JEL took
time (40 days!) to put back the removed part of PR-1,
considering it took only 3 days from July 18 to complete
the unloading & transportation of the GSUT &
Generator. Is it due to road closure permit application or
other things? Pipe Rack PR-1 was completed on
Oct.03,2016 (base grouting completion).

3 Pipe Sleeper PS-4
Apr.13,2016 Aug.23, 2016 ** Due to MC Logistics delivery Kato-san confirmed from Jack verbally on Apr.13,2016
requirement that Logistics Dept. can use new subgate (PS-4 area)
until end of July 2016. **The Aug.23,2016 release date
is given by JEE. As there was no official SWO Release
Letter on this issue, still some questions why it took
about 23 days for MC to release PS-4 area back to JEE or
why JEE was not able to resume works after end of July
2016?

NOTES:
1) The erection of pipe rack, pipe support,maintenance structure, platform & stairs is covered
under Activity ID#4187 in the MPS Rev.3, with the following baseline start & finish dates:
Start: 15-Mar-2016
Finish: 14-Oct-2016

2) The joint MC/EVN walkdown for acceptance of HFO piping (from HFO Unloading Jetty to HFO
Storage Tanks) was done on 01 Dec.2016
