The suggested lowpass filter is simulated with an EM-simulator
advanced design system (ADS) and measured by an Agilent network
analyser N5230A. The results of the filter indicate that the filter has a
cut-off frequency equal to 2 GHz, maximum insertion loss in the
passband is less than 0.15 dB, while the return loss is more than 20 dB
in this frequency range. The bandwidth of the transition band is 0.168
