Our elegant ballroom features vast window views overlooking the Kankakee River
With seating for up to 300 guests.
We can also service any style from an elegant plated dinner to a fun Hors Doeuvres reception.
Discounts are available for Friday/Week day events as well as Fundraisers/Benefits.
Rental Policies
River front outdoor ceremonies are available to you with the booking of your reception.
There is no room rental fee, however:
1. A Minimum Guarantee of 75 guests for the Main Hall must be met or a fee will be applied.
2. A Minimum Guarantee of 25 Guests for the Members Room must be met or a fee will be applied.
3. All food & beverage prices are subject to 18% service Charge and 6.25% tax
4. Optional coat check staffing is available for a $50.00 fee.
5. A Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date for the River Room, and $200 for the
Members Room.
6. A bartender set up fee of $50.00 will be waived for any Host/Cash bar of $250.00 or higher
7. Please note when choosing more than one plated option we do require that you use place cards to
distinguish entree selection
8. Sorry, no outside food or beverage is permitted except your wedding cake, candy bar or Chocolate
Fountain.
9. A final guarantee and full payment is due 5 business days prior to your event and not subject to reduction
You are welcome to employ the service of outside vendors for your cake, outdoor chair rentals, decorations, chair
covers, table linens, DJ or entertainment, chocolate fountains and ice sculptures.
