1. In terms of CAR issued by DGCA File No. 23-16/2016-AED effective 1st of August 2016 under no circumstances, the cancellation charge
shall be more than the basic fare plus fuel surcharge. ( In Air India on domestic Fuel charge is already merged with Basic Fare )
2. JN (Service Tax), F2 ( Swacch Bharat Cess ) and G1 ( Krishi Kalyan Cess) are included in charges being levied against cancellation policy.
3. Business Rules of RBD- Y would apply both for HLTC, Armed Forces Discount.
4 ** ( RBDs - H, K, Q, V,W, G, L, U,T, S & E) on no -show are non -refundable with forfeiture of basic.
To facilitate a no-show passenger who has already reported at airport against such non refundable tickets , AI offers an option to roll over,
in the next available flight at an all inclusive charge of INR 3000 only. Fare difference if any in which the ticket has been bought
and currently available (on the next available flight) will be applicable.
