USE THIS "MIXTURE VALUE" SHEET TO CREATE YOUR OWN ICE CREAM MIX, POPSICLE MIX, SAUCE,
OR DRESSING MIXTURE THAT YOU CAN ADD TO YOUR MENUS. YOU MAKE THESE IN BULK,
MEASURING EACH INGREDIENT ACCURATELY AND INSERTING THESE VALUES INDIVIDUALLY
ON THE SHEET. AT THE BOTTOM THE MIXTURE'S VALUE WILL BE CALCULATED FOR USE WITH
YOUR MENUS.
Disolve gelatin in water and chill until the consistancy of egg whites.
Now whip unbtil stiff pikes are formed, (like egg whites)
Pour into separate bowl and whip room temperature cream cheese until smooth.
Pour on top of whipped gelatin and gently mix.
Whip cream until quite stiff, add gelatin and cream cheese and mix until well blended, being carefull not
deflate it with too much mixing.
Freeze. When frozen, use a knife to shave off the amount needed for each meal.
Note: add 5 tablets of sacchrin to each of the whipped ingredients and 1 teaspoon of vanilla to whipping
cream.
