Eligibility Criteria for Admission In Polytechnic

A student who has passed 10th Class examination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (Science &
Mathematics) & obtained at least 35% marks at the qualifying examination and through Joint Entrance
Examination (JEEP) conducted by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education & Counseling.
The candidate have to fill an application form which are available from the admission office of the college
on cash payment. Fill up the form and return the form along with all necessary documents. Applicants will
be informed by telephone, e-mail or by post about test, venue & date.

Admission office will not sent any letter of regret to the unsuccessful candidates.
Admission strictly on merit basis.
 Fee Structure for Polytechnic
Fee of Course is 35,000 per year.
Course Fee is approved by Govt. of Uttarakhand Vide.G.O.No 1363/XXIV (8-2009-3/4) dated 27.10.2009
& 600/XXIV (8) 2010-51-2005 dated 28.4.2010.

1. Refundable security of Rs.5000/- (Extra) is to paid at the time of admission in 1st Year only.
2. The examination fee will be charged as per board rules.
3. The course fee is applicable as revised by State Govt./ Management from time to time
4. Other fee includes Medical Insurance as applicable each year.
5. Late fee fine shall be charged after the due dates for submission of fee declared by the office
6. A delay beyond 15 days in the payment of fee renders the students name liable to be struck off the rolls.
7. The student will not be allowed to sit for sessional or final examination unless the fees has been paid by
due date.

No fee shall be refundable under any circumstances to the student. In cases of any withdrawal, AICTE
policy shall be followed. In case the student leave the course after the admission are over & then the seat
remains vacant, the full fee of the entire course duration shall be payable. The fee for subsequent years
should be paid on or before 5th March of each year.

Scholarship

1. Scholarship for SC/ST & OBC candidates as per govt. order to cover the fee.

Anti Ragging Cell

Ragging is prohibited and punishable by law by the order of honorable Supreme Court.

Complaint Committee
Complaint Box facility has been provided at the gate of polytechnic. Committee is competent to take care
& resolve the issue within the sphere of the law and natural justice.
