INSTRUCTIONS
1. Youradmissiontotheexaminationisstrictlyprovisional.Youmustbringthecallletteralongwiththephotoidentityproof(suchas
Passport/PANCard/DrivingLicense/VotersCard/BankPassbookwithdulyattestedphotograph/IdentityCardissuedbyCollegeor
Institute/IdentityCardissuedbyGazettedOfficerintheofficialletterheadinoriginal/UniqueIdentificationCard(Aadhar)inoriginalas
well as a photocopy. Please note that your name as appearing on the call letter (provided by you during the process of
registration)shouldexactlymatchthenameasappearingonthephotoidentityproof.Ifthereisanymismatchbetweenthe
nameindicatedintheCallLetterandPhotoIdentityProofyouwillnotbeallowedtoappearfortheexam.Thephotocopyof
photoidentityproofshouldbesubmittedalongwiththecallletter,totheinvigilatorsintheexaminationhallfailingwhich
he/shewillnotbepermittedtoappearforthetest.Incaseofcandidateswhohavechangedtheirnamewillbeallowedonlyif
theyproduceoriginalGazettenotification/theiroriginalmarriagecertificate/affidavitinoriginal.
2. Therewillbecallletterforthescribe.Ithastobefilledinandsubmittedalongwiththiscallletter.
3. Youmustreachthevenueofexaminationbythetimementionedabove.Pleasenotethatifyouwillreport30minutesafter
thereportingtimeyouwillnotbeallowedintheexaminationhallnorshallbepermittedtoleavetheexaminationhalltillthe
timeforthetestisoverandthetestadministratorhasgivenpermissiontoleave.Thetestwillbeginaftercompletionofthe
formalitieslikecheckingofattendance,obtainingsignatureonthecallletterandcollectionofcalllettersalongwithphoto
identityproofetc.TheBankwillnotberesponsibleforanydelayordisruptionintransport.
4. Youshouldalsobringstationerysuchaspencils,eraserandaballpointpenwithyoutotheexaminationhall.
5. Biometricdata(Rightthumbimpression)willbecapturedtwicebeforethestartofexamandaftercompletionofexam.Withregards
tothesame,pleasenotethefollowing:
(a) Fingersshouldnotbecoatedwithstampedink/mehndi/coloured...etcsoastoobtaincorrectbiometricimpression.
(b) Iffingersaredirtyordusty,ensuretowashanddrythembeforethefingerprint(biometric)iscaptured.
(c) Ensurefingersofbothhandsaredry.Iffingersaremoist,wipeeachfingertodrythem.
(d) If the primary finger (Right thumb) to be captured is injured/damaged, immediately notify the concerned authority in the test
centre.

6. Pleasenotethatifyouadoptanyunfairmeansormalpracticeorcommitanymisconductwhileappearingfortheexamination,your
candidature is liable to be summarily cancelled moreover you may be liable to penal action. The Bank would be analyzing the
responsesofacandidatewithotherappearedcandidatestodetectpatternsofsimilarity.Onthebasisofsuchananalysis,ifitisfound
that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, the Bank reserves the right to cancel his/her
candidature.

Camera,Anymetallicitem,Anyeatableitemopenedorpacked,waterbottle,Anyotheritemwhichcouldbeusedforunfairmeansfor
hidingcommunicationdeviceslikecamera,bluetoothdevicesetc.
AllornamentslikeRing,Earrings,Nosepin,Chain/Necklace,Pendants,Badge,broochetc.shouldbethoroughlychecked.
8. Followingdresscodehasbeenadvisedtothecandidates
Candidatesarewearinglightclothswhichcannotbeusedforhidinganyinstrumentsorcommunicationdevices.
Candidatesareadvisedtowearhalfsleevesbutnothavingbigbuttonsoranybadge,broochesetc.whichcouldbe
usedtohidethecommunicationdevice,bluetooth,camera,etc.
Candidatesarewearingslippers,sandalsandnottheshoes.
However,candidatescomingincustomary/religiousdressesshouldreportatthecentreatleast10minutepriortoreportingtimefor
properfrisking.
9. Youareadvisedinyourowninterestnottobringanyofthebanneditemsincludingcellphonestotheexaminationvenue,
as arrangement for their safekeeping cannot be assured. If you found resorting to any unfair means including
giving/receivinghelpto/fromanycandidateduringthetestyouwillbedisqualified.(Youshouldbevigilanttoensurethatno
othercandidateisabletocopyfromhis/heranswers).
10. Youshouldstrictlycomplywiththedirectionsgiventoyoubythetestadministrator/invigilator.Ifanycandidateisfounddisregarding
thesedirectionshe/shewillbeliabletobedebarredfromthetest.
11. Anyonefoundtobedisclosing,publishing,reproducing,transmitting,storingorfacilitatingtransmissionandstorageoftestcontentsin
anyformoranyinformationthereininwholeorpartthereoforbyanymeansverbalorwritten,electronicormechanicalortakingaway
thepaperssuppliedintheexaminationhallorfoundtobeinunauthorizedpossessionoftestcontentislikelytobeprosecuted.
