    Statement on the Continued Unlawful Detention of


    Internet Freedom Advocate Nizar Zakka

    Mr. Nizar Zakka issued a statement from Evin Prison that he started a hunger
    strike yesterday. This is Mr. Zakkas fifth hunger strike since he was first unlawfully
    detained by Iran on September 18, 2015. The family remains very concerned for his
    health and safety.
