ATI Physical Therapy, Bolingbrook, IL 2016-2017
IT TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST
Recruited to increase operational efficiency, standardization, and control after ATI experienced explosive
growth with plans to continue the rapid expansion pace of its network of clinics.
Conducted comprehensive audit of ITOPS financial expenditures. Negotiated/eliminated $100k+ in
redundant expenses for legacy phone, data, and network management contract agreements. Instituted
financial controls and contract management best practices.
Implemented Accounts Payable invoice process and financial control procedures to validate charges
with business units, maximize benefit of payment terms, and ensure accurate budget appropriation.
Identified inventory of installed software across all clinics and executed a three year Microsoft
enterprise software agreement for $1.8 Million per year, allowing for consolidated licensing, installation

Demonstrated effective external vendor relationship management by negotiating business/legal terms
and executing $60 Million in contracts, SLAs, and SOWs reducing expenses by $2.5 million.
Negotiated telecommunication sales contracts with AT&T and Verizon that included IT and business
terms detailing explicit performance expectations using scoring parameters, rate stabilization, mid-term
reviews, and chronic outage consideration, resulting in a $900k reduction in contract expense.
Reduced the number of staff augmentation suppliers from 40 to 7 vendors and established a baseline
rate card for each contracted role, improving negotiation and program efficiency and reducing expenses
by $530k.
Eliminated $235k by negotiating a 53% discount off of additional license purchase (post sale) from SAP
for the Contract Lifecycle Management module.
Contracted with Rimini Street for 3rd-party outsourced maintenance of SAP enterprise software that
improved service terms while reducing contract cost by $1.25 Million.
Subject matter expert (SME) for implementation of IT contract/vendor management database.
Collaborated with Tax Department, Risk Management, and Legal to analyze proposed agreements/
correspondence to finalize contracts while identifying process enhancements, reducing contract
execution cycle time by 50% and increasing adherence to company and regulatory compliance.
