Title: Sameer Mittal Appointed as Indian Chairperson of International Trade Council

NEW DELHI: Gurgaon based Chartered Accountant, Sameer Mittal, Managing Partner
of Sameer Mittal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, has been appointed as
Chairperson of the Indian Chapter of the International Trade Council (ITC).

Mr. Mittal has over 10 years of extensive experience in representing domestic and
foreign corporations in business deals in India and abroad. He has been engaged in
internal audits, process reviews and corporate governance reviews of some of the
largest organisations domestically and globally.

Mr. Mittal has authored several books including Risk Based Internal Audit Plan. He is
also the Co-opted Member of the Internal Audit Standards Board of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has also served as faculty for the Information
Systems Control and Audit on the board of the ICAI for 3 consecutive years and has
been a speaker on various public forums on topics including corporate governance,
corporate fraud, internal audits and other related subjects.

Mr. Mittal will initially serve a two-year term, through 2019.

In his role, Mr. Mittal will oversee the local Indian member assemblies, provide
coordination for local networking meetings and liaise with government agencies and
officials in order to further the Councils aims of providing education and alleviating
trade barriers for businesses exploring international markets.

stakeholders, and the community to ensure that International Trade Council continues
its proud tradition as a facilitator of responsible international trade, Mittal said.

The first Indian event to be held under the leadership of Mr. Mittal is scheduled for June
