REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

DAI, the implementer of the USAID-funded Water for Africa

through Leadership and Institutional Support (WALIS) project,
invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to deliver the
Improving Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Evidence-
based Decision- making program. DAI, in close collaboration with
the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly
and Children (MoHCDGEC) of Tanzania developed a scope of
work for a 24-month program to support the rollout of the National
Sanitation Information Management System (NSMIS).

Upon selection of a competition winner DAI will issue a Cost

Reimbursable Subcontract. While the WALIS team is based in the
United States, work will be completed in Tanzania in close
collaboration with the MoHCDGEC. For a copy of the full Request

Questions on the RFP are due by Friday June 30, 2017 10AM EST and
full proposals are due by Monday July 17, 2017 10AM EST.
