Explanation

Multiserver Queueing System

This application simulates a multiserver queueing system, such as at a

bank, where arriving customers wait in a single line for the first available
server. The system starts "empty and idle" and runs for a user-specified
amount of time. The user specifies the arrival rate, the mean service
time per customer, the number of (identical) servers, and the maximum
number of customers allowed in the queue. (If a customer arrives when
the system is full, this customer leaves.) The user also specifies the
"closing" time. At this time, no further arrivals are permitted, but the
customers already in the system are served.
