3rd Presentation Guidelines

General Guidelines
Each presentation should include all the content from the beginning
Keep adding / modifying the content to the same presentation
Keep the background white and text font black
The general flow of project should be:
o Abstract
o Introduction (Purpose & Scope)
o Hardware & Software Requirements
o Literature Survey
o Tools & Technologies
o Requirements Analysis (Users, Functional and Non-functional
Requirements are must)
o Design (Architectural & Detailed)
o Implementation (Screen Shots in case of industry, demo in case of
in-house project)
o Testing (Methods used & Test Cases)
o Conclusion
o Future Enhancements
o Bibliography
Note: Above guidelines are for all the presentations (overall) in general. However
requirements of third presentation are as follows.

Contents for third presentation


Whatever has been shown need to be present in presentation
If any modifications were suggested by guide/panel members, must be
incorporated.
Following need to be added:

If project is an application
Design must include
o Overall representation in terms of Block diagram / Architectural
diagram
o Use-case diagram and activity / sequence diagram to illustrate flow
of various functionality of the project.
o Any other block diagram / flow chart for project
o If project includes Database, database structure should be clear and
ER Diagram / Schema need to be included

Implementation must include


o 35-40% completion with proper validation.
o Completion of the project doesnt mean just web page creation.
o Pages (functionalities) must be working /interacting with database.
o CURD operation must be implemented.

If project is research based


Design must include
o Process Flow/ Data Flow (Whichever applicable)
o If project includes Database, database structure should be clear and
ER Diagram / Schema need to be included
Implementation must include
o 35-40% completion with proper validation (if any)
Result/outcome till date must be mapped and justified with research
problem definition / hypothesis
Graphs or Charts may be shown as a resultant output for the research
projects (if completed).

Project Demo
In case of in-house projects demonstration of the project along with
presentation is compulsory.
In case of internship projects, presentation must include screenshots
implemented till date. (discuss with guide in case of any issue)
