Correcting Rick Scott’s Misrepresentations of Bill McCollum’s Jobs Plan - Page 1 of 7

MAIN POINTS
1) Rick calls his plan the 7-7-7 plan, but it really should be the 50-50 plan: 50% is copied from Bill (poorly at that), and the other 50% is either already in law,
or is inherently flawed, dishonest, and impossible to enact.
2) Rick produced 7 pages of bullet points, while Bill released over 100 pages of solutions for Florida that are real and implementable.
3) Rick shows his true nature in this chart; he wants to rewrite history and play by his own rules – but unlike with negative TV ads, the lies and distortions in
this chart are easy to identify refute.
4) Rick shamelessly leaves out giant pieces of Bill’s plan.
5) Rick plagiarizes and copies Bill’s plan, and where he doesn’t, his ideas are unrealistic, pie-in-the-sky, and void of substantive details.
6) Rick plagiarizes, verbatim, parts of Bill’s plan, and then tries to cover it up by shamelessly “rewriting” Bill’s plan.
7) Rick’s game is up. This chart and its shameless misrepresentations are both arrogant and desperate.
8) Rick, like Charlie Crist and Barack Obama, is relying on slick talking points and advertising to get into office.
