The Uhland Loans Corporation will be hosting the arrival of several guests from the United
States of America (USA) including some of the members of its Board of Directors (BOD) on
April 6, 2017 at around 6 oclock in the evening at Libertad Airport, Butuan City. Most of them
are first-time guests and tourists here in the Philippines and they have chosen the CARAGA
Region as their destination for summer vacation.

We want to give them a memorable vacation experience here in the Philippines by showcasing
not only the beautiful places here in our region but also the hospitality and welcoming character
of Butuanons, henceforth, this humble letter.

Anent, we would like to request the performance of the Drum and Bugle Corps of ANHS on the
date and time aforementioned in order to welcome our guests and visitors.

We are willing to provide the necessary logistical assistance to and from the venue and meals
(dinner) for the performers. We are also willing to give due honorarium to the school or the corps
when deemed required by your office.

We are hoping for your favorable approval on this request.
