annual operational plans, including inputs into Country Strategy Paper. Supervise the design of proposals
consultation with different stake holders and submit to potential funding donors. Prepare and update IRIs
Emergency Preparedness Plan. Also, Implement emergency projects as required, based on proper needs

& implementation of non structural flood proofing interventions, efficient partnership and capacity building

and integration of cross cutting issues in project activities.
