APRIL 2017

1. Chairman Feliciano Cruz suggested that the Barangay should have a grotto and where should it
be placed. Furthermore, he discussed that there should be a sufficient fund to be allocated for
this project.

2. The Barangay Tanod proposed that there should be a Basketball League for the upcoming fiesta.
The League is open for Kids 7 to 11 years old and each team should compose a maximum of 8
members.

3. The Playing Fee for each Basketball team is P 400.00 or P 50.00 each member of the team. The
Time of the Basketball game will be from 5:00p.m. To 9:00p.m. The Registration for this Activity
will start on 3 April 2017 and the deadline of payment for the Playing fee will be on 11 April
2017. The Start of the Basketball League games will be on 23 April 2017.

APRIL 2017

1. The Barangay Council to make a Solicitation letter to compensate the expenses that will be used
for the Basketball League and the Fiesta Activities such as Palarong Pinoy and Contests of the
Barangay.

2. The Barangay Tanod will be the official Committee and referees for the Basketball League of the
Barangay. They will also be in charge of repainting the Barangay Basketball court so that
expenditures for this project will be lessen.

3. There would be an Orientation for the Coaches of each Basketball Team so that the imposed
Rules and Regulations by the Barangay Council for the Basketball League will be clear.

MAY 2017

1. Chairman Feliciano Cruz suggested that there should also be an Inter Color Basketball
League for Teenagers 13 to 19 years Old, no height limit. There will be a draw lots and each
participant will draw the color of which team will they be and the color they draw will be
their respective team. Each team will compose a maximum of 8 members. There will be also
a Playing fee for each team of P 800.00 or P 100.00 each member of the Team.

2. Barangay Kagawad Matt will be the one in Charge for the Basketball League for Teenagers.
He will be the one to set the Time and Date of the Basketball League Parade and games for
teenagers provided that the Basketball League for kids has already been concluded.

MAY 2017
 1. Barangay Kagawad Cris suggested a Raffle Ticket fund Raising activity for the upcoming Fiesta of
the Barangay (17 18 June 2017). The Ticket Price will be P 10.00 each and the Barangay will
distribute 5,000 pieces of raffle ticket.

2. The Barangay officials will be the ones who are obliged to sell the Raffle tickets. An amount of
P 2000.00 of the Raffle Ticket should be sold by each Barangay Official and also an amount of
P 600.00 of the raffle ticket should be sold by each Barangay Tanod. The Raffle draw will be on
17 June 2017 in celebration of the Barangay Fiesta.

JUNE 2017

1. Chairman Feliciano Cruz asked the Council for the proposed Plans, Activities and Contests for
the upcoming Barangay Fiesta.

2. Barangay Kagawad Chris proposed a Ms. Gay Beauty contest that will be open for all Adult Gay,
no age restriction and it is open for all who are interested.

3. The Barangay Council Discussed the Plans and Preparation of the Different Fiesta Activities for
the upcoming Barangay Celebration of its Annual Fiesta.

4. They also discussed all equipment like the sound system and the stage for the contest, the
human resources or hosts for the Fiesta Activities and other Fiesta needs. They have also
allocated funds to these expenses.

JUNE 2017

1. Chairman Feliciano Cruz discussed the Rules and Regulation for the Raffle Ticket. First is that All
Raffle ticket should be check if its dropped in the lottery drum. Then, Chairman told the Council
that only Authorize constituents will be the one in charge of drawing the raffle ticket from the
Lottery drum to avoid anomaly and fraudulent acts.

2. Chairman followed-up that all Tickets that were unpaid will not be Valid and will not have the
rights to claim the prize in case the ticket was drawn. Lastly, he told the Council that the
presence of the winner on the Raffle draw is not necessary they are entitled to claim their prize
as long as they have a valid raffle ticket to claim the prize of the said activity.
