How to use Webex

1. To run a Webex you need a Laptop/ Computer with webcam and a phone.
2. At first, please open the link youve been provided with via Laptop to visualize the call
(e.g. for Camera / Video / Presentations):

3. Follow the instructions.

4. To use video camera please click on video-button in the upper right corner (next to
your name)
5. To give the Webex a voice please use the provided phone details:

6. If youre dialing in from outside Germany, please open above Link and search for the
respective international toll free number.

e.g. to dial in from panama youd use 00 800 223 1433

7. Dial in via phone accordingly and follow the instructions

8. You will be asked for a passcode to join the meeting. Please use the Participant
Passcode.

General notes:
Meeting only starts once the Host has dialed in. (until then youll hear Music)
