We hereby request to take part in EIMA INTERNATIONAL 2016, which includes EIMAEnergy, EIMA Green and EIMA Componenti, with the surface indicated below:

Notes: - The maximum for a raised area is 40% of the area assigned, raised areas cannot be installed in Hall 34 nor in some positions in Halls 14, 15, 16, 35 and
any temporary pavilions
- Exhibition positions along the walls of Halls 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 35 and 36 will be considered as stands open on only one side for invoicing purposes.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- The covered exhibition area in the Fair Centre is divided in to conventional indivisible modules of 16 m 2 (4 by 4 meters).
- Areas greater than 16 m2 must have a total area consisting of multiples of 16 m2 (32; 49; 64; 80; 96; 112 ecc.)
- Areas are assigned until the whole exhibition space has been used up.
- Assignment of exhibition places is completely at the discretion of the Organizer (see Art.7 of the General Conditions for Participation).
- The fee, expressed per square metre, covers hire costs for exhibition space, and all costs for the services expressly listed in the General Conditions of Participation
in the Exhibition and in the Exhibition Technical Regulations, and also covers any complementary events arranged by the Organiser, such as the conventions,
conferences, celebratory and social events listed in the exhibitions programme, and the reception of delegations of professional operatives and any Italian or foreign
state dignitaries, speakers and conference participants.

Conditions of payment
As established under Art. 4 of the General Conditions for Participation, the present Request to Participate must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt for a
payment including:

REGISTRATION FEE (see Art. 4 of the General Conditions for Participation) 750,00
30% of the total value of the area requested as a binding advanced payment
Total

Requests not accompanied by the required amount will not be considered valid.
The remaining 70% of the fee for the area requested must be paid to FEDERUNACOMA surl no later than 45 days before the event starts. Failure to pay
the remaining fee by the deadline will involve forfeiture of any amounts already paid and also the release of EIMA from all its commitments, allowing it to assign
the exhibition space to others.

Payment may be made by cheque to the order of FEDERUNACOMA SURL or by bank transfer to: Banca Intesa Sanpaolo SpA - Agenzia Via Igino Giordani 67 - Roma

Products to be exhibited

- The applicant undertakes to display only the products indicated hereunder. Any subsequent variation of the listed material must be notified to EIMA in writing by
no later than October 17th, 2016.
- Please list clearly the machinery to be exhibited and its wholesale value. In the event of a claim, settlement will be calculated - taking into account any depreciation
- exclusively on the basis of the amounts stated below against each item.
- Please report the requested surface for each merchandise sector (product group).
- The information provided hereunder will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Exhibition requirements

N.B. Exhibition requirements will be taken into consideration wherever possible, in respect of the General Regulations of Participation at the Fair and of the Technical
Regulations.

Submission of application form and approval of conditions

The present Application must be sent to FEDERUNACOMA Surl by registered mail or courier, or delivered by hand. The undersigned company declares that it specifically
accepts the General Conditions of Participation annexed to the present application, the standards and the charges for participation at the Fair quoted on the present form.

Stamp and Signature of the legal representative

I have received and read a copy of the General Condition of Participation at the Fair, and specifically approve articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 (treatment of personal data as per art. 13 Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003) of the General Conditions.
