WE, Erick Co Ong, Edward S. Ponti, and Jayson Baldonado Ong, all of legal
age, Filipinos, and with office address at 8th Floor, IMET Bldg. Metropolitan Park,
Bay Area, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City, have named, constituted and appointed our
lawyer, Atty. Raysun R. Arellano, of legal age, Filipino, also with office address at
8th Floor, IMET Bldg. Metropolitan Park, Bay Area, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City, to be our
true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and
perform the following:

To get and receive on our behalf our renewed passports at the office of the
Department of Foreign Affairs, Office of Consular Affairs located at Bradco Avenue
Corner Macapagal Boulevard Aseana Business Park, Barangay Tambo, Paranaque
City, Metro Manila.

To deliver the necessary documents on our behalf for the accomplishment of

the aforesaid purpose.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT

full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents
and purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of
substitution or revocation and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
thereof.
