    The June 17, 2017 Special Meeting of the RVACG Board of Directors was called to order. A quorum was established to conduct business. Approval of prior minutes and reports were tabled until the July 8 meeting. There was no old business. In new business, D. Miller explained how the irrigation system would work. A new lawn mower was delivered during the meeting. It was decided to place the new shed north of the compost bin. The meeting was adjourned until the next regularly scheduled meeting on July 8, 2017.

    Meeting for Saturday, June 17, 2017


    Directors:
    Present: McVay, D. Miller, Schneider, McCarville, Anderson, B.Miller
    Absent: Koller
    Guests: Bartlett, Christie, Parlin, Rouse, M. Paukner
    Proceedings:
    Call to Order
    The June 17, 2017 Special Meeting of the RVACG Board of Directors was called to order by President
    McVay at 10:10 am at the RV Area Community Gardens.
    Quorum
    Schneider made the motion to establish quorum to conduct business. Anderson second. Motion carried
    Consideration and Approval of Prior Minutes
    Approval of the June 10 minutes tabled until the July 8 meeting.
    Reports
    All reports tabled until the July 8 meeting.
    Old Business
    There was no old business.
    New Business
    D. Miller explained how the irrigation system is to work. He will put a T on the tank so that gardeners
    may access water for hoses or watering cans. There was not action taken.
    Open Forum
    New lawn mower was delivered to the site during the meeting.
    The construction of the shed was discussed. Schneider made the motion to place the shed north of the
    compost bin. McCarville second. Motion carried. Parlin said he would have the tin delivered to the
    Gardens the week of June 19.
    Parlin mentioned the population of ground squirrels. Schneider asked if he had any solutions. He replied
    that they werent bothering him and we were in their territory.
    Adjournment
    Bartlett made the motion to adjourn until the next regularly scheduled meeting on Saturday, July 8, 2017,
    starting at 10:00 a.m. in the library at Spring Green Community Church. McCarville second. Motion
    carried.
