RESUMEN
ABSTRACT
This work presents the results of the metallurgic and environmental realized
characterization to samples of solids deposited into the relavera of the pilot plant Yauris -
UNCP. The education accomplished to these samples had like main objective to evaluate
the composition mineralogical and the inherent properties to the minerals and bargain,
such like the association of the minerals, chemical composition and mineralogical of the
present species, I eat also, a possible process of concentration for these wash again. The
analysis mineralogical indicated that the main constituent members are quartz 58,3 %,
carbonates 20,7 %, sulfurs 9,0 %, oxides 8,2 % and silicates 3,8 %. The chemical assay of
the wash again zinc gives 2,59 %, lead 1,37 %, copper 0,28 %, silver 40 g t, iron 6,05 %
and arsenic 1570 ppm. The volume of wash again cubed in the playing field belongs to
4000 MT, in the ones that one find themselves restrained: Collect payment from 11 MT, I
seal with lead 55 MT, 104 MT of zinc and 5100 silver ounces. The method of floating
applied initially was the differential not having success the obtaining of concentrate bulk
charge I seal silver with lead. According to the results of proofs of floating it is possible to
recover only zinc concentrate that according to the chemical analyses the law of nutrition
belongs to 2,59 %Zn. The analysis of zinc in the meshes 100, 400 and - 400 belonged to
2,09 %, 2,57 % and 3,1 % and the granulometry of the wash again Indian D80 of 123
microns to be unnecessary a required re-milling of the previous material to floating. The
concentrate rougher of obtained zinc tests 26,9 %Zn, which right after 2 stages of
cleanliness will generate concentrated of zinc commercial law. The environmental
evaluation accomplished by the Laboratory of Spectrometry of the National University of
Engineering , concludes that he wash Yauris again of the pilot plant he does not generate
acid water determined on the basis of the result of the Net Potential of Neutralization of the
sample that depends on the balance of neutralizing minerals and sulfurs.
2. MATERIAL Y MTODOS
Los incrementos fueron mezclados con aporte de pesos ponderados de tal manera que el
peso total de la muestra no sea menor al estimado mediante la ecuacin de Pierre Gy:
S2 = c g f l d3 ( 1 / Ms - 1 / ML )
Donde:
S2, Varianza relativa del error
fundamental
ML , masa del lote muestreado, gramos
Ms, masa de la muestra en gramos
d, dimetro nominal o dimetro mximo de
partcula (d95), expresado en cm
c, factor de composicin mineralgica, g/cm3
g, factor granulomtrica, adimencional
