Conduct detailed industry analysis and develop rm Industry

Transaction Execution: Provide execution support to the senior

team
Assist in the preparation of company valuations, nancial
models, company marketing documents and client presentations
Research background material and provide inputs for the
preparation of key transaction documents:
o Client proles
o Information Memorandums, Pitch Books and Teaser documents.
o Management presentations
Work with the senior team on the nancial model and analysis
including:
o DCF analysis
o Valuation of companies based on comparable company analysis
o Precedent transaction analysis

Administrative: Provide administrative support to the deal team

Responsible for all client les hard copy and soft versions to be
maintained and kept up to date and backed up on the server.
Ensure that deal critical documents like NDAs, Mandate letter
etc. are stored correctly in hard and softcopy and backed up on
server
Set up and send out meeting and conference call requests
Ensure that the closed deal process is followed (necessary client
communication, preparation of tombstones, website updation,
preparation of case study etc.)
Regular document archiving , ling and appropriate destruction
Creating and updating company databases in a timely manner
Assisting the senior team in drafting client engagement letters
Maintain client relationships by managing day to day inquires &
obtaining appropriate information to execute assignments

Knowledge
Knowledge of Investment Banking products like Term debt
raising, working capital nancing, project nance, structured
products, M&A etc.
Excellent industry analysis, nancial analysis and modelling skills,
including DCF, SOTP, Relative valuation etc.
Expertise in MS Ofce: Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc
Ability to conduct web based research, as well as use of data
bases like Capital IQ, Bloomberg etc.
