Seafarers Quest omitted sections A through H in their Interim Report. These reports contain the
same text as the 2014.04 Quarterly Report #2 and the 2016.05 Quarterly Report #2.

No field work was completed, and the reports lack an explanation for why this is the case. Before
these permits can be renewed, or before any recovery permit application, a complete and detailed
final report for each area should first be submitted. Not only would final reports provide BAR
with valuable information concerning the survey areas, they could also present an explanation as
to why research should be continued or expanded.

While the salvage company has diligently submitted quarterly reports, the information contained
within them is lacking. It may be better to submit one interim report per year and then one
detailed final report following 1A-46 guidelines.
