5.

- CHARGES

5.1.- THE PRESIDENT


It will have the following attributions: To legally represent the Association before all kinds
of public or private organizations; To convene, chair and hold the meetings held by the
General Assembly and the Board of Directors, as well as to direct the deliberations of
one and the other; Order payments and authorize with your signature the documents,
minutes and correspondence; Take ano urgent action that the good progress of the
Association advises or in the development of its activities is necessary or convenient,
without prejudice to report subsequently to the Board of Directors.

Your duties as President:


To represent the Association, in whatever acts, actions or steps are necessary,
being at the head of any representation of the Association
Convene within the regulatory rules the meetings of the General Assemblies and
the Board of Directors.
Agree on the constitution of special papers or commissions to study a specific
matter, without prejudice to the powers that correspond to the Board of Directors
or General Assembly in the same order.
To submit to the deliberation of the General Assembly those matters that, haming
been examined by the Board of Directors, are deemed to require such an
agreement, either on its own initiative or at least one-third of the members of the
Board Would have accepted the agreement.
Chair the sessions of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors; Direct
its debates; Grant the floor to the attendees who request it; Mark the order of the
interventions and make the appointment of shifts that have To be consumed for
the defense or challenge of the matter; Withdraw, likewise, the use of the word
to all that occurs in an inconvenient way or Disrespectful; Be able to force

Sign with the Secretary the official correspondence and the minutes, putting the
approval to the certifications that the Secretary issues.
Enforce the adopted resolutions received from the General Assemblies and the
Board of Directors.
When it deems it appropriate, the President may delegate some or some of these
functions to one of the Vice-Presidents.
Provide the appointments of the administrative staff, setting their remuneration
and separating their positions from them. All this will be ratified by the Board of
Directors.

5.2.- VICE PRESIDENT

The oldest Vice-President, if there are several, will replace the President in his absences,
with the same powers that correspond to him. In the event that the aforementioned
substitution can not be made, he shall be replaced by the Vice-President who is in his
age, and if not the Treasurer and, in his / her absence, the member of the Board of
Directors.
