Action: C Revise and Resubmit

1. The contractor shall make sure all design calculations/shop drawings have been approved prior
to proceed with the pilling works.
2. As per the Contract documents: Sec 31 63 23/ Clause 1.4/B.1, The contractor shall
submit/include valid calibration certificates of all related services and equipment.
3. The contractor shall submit pilling method and program as per the contract documents:
Sec. 31 63 23/ Clause 1.4/C.
4. All the point shall be included in the pile installation record as stated in the contract documents:
Sec. 31 63 23/ Clause. 1.4/E.
5. Test report forms shall be included in the attachments.
6. The location of Static Pile load test shall be agreed with the Consultant prior to commencement
of pilling work.

TR-0019 - TECHNICAL SUBMITTAL FOR UNIBETON READY MIX

Action: B Approved with Comments

1. We have no objection to approve the proposed UNIBETON Ready Mix as supplier of Ready Mix
Concrete subject to fully compliance with the contract requirements.
2. The contractor shall arrange Batch plant visit and prepare Trial mix for witness.
3. Final approval shall be subject to passing the test result in compliance with the project
specifications.

TR-0021 - TECHNICAL SUBMITTAL FOR GERMAN READY MIX

Action: B Approved with Comments

1. We have no objection to approve the proposed GERMAN Ready Mix as supplier of Ready Mix
Concrete subject to fully compliance with the contract requirements, however we recommend
to utilize only single source concrete supplier for entire pilling works, since we already accepted
Ready Mix concrete supplier via Contractor transmittal TR-0019.
2. In case The contractor is required to use alternative source, justification with valid substantiate
documents shall be provided.
3. The contractor shall arrange Batch plant visit and prepare Trial mix for witness.
4. Final approval shall be subject to passing the test result in compliance with the project
specifications.
