1.1. Problems and Disruption During Reporthing Month

The major issues of some disruption and problems during reporting period are
as mentioned below:

1. Design of P163 and P164 to accommodate road lanes as required by

Dinas Bina Marga
2. Shifting the BTS Tower due to P163 new design
3. Escalator 1 of KGM Station located near the Trafo Box of RW 18 and need
to adjust its door type
4. Letter from Hotman Paris who seems unhappy with the location of KGM
Station entrance in front of his office-store

1.2. Action Plan

1. Sent the proposed layout of new borepile, pilecap & column position to the
designer and keep chase
2. Coordinate with MMI, JakPro and BTS Tower Owner
3. Coordinate with MMI, JakPro and PLN and proposed to changed the door
type to accommodate during trafo box maintenance
4. Reply his letter and explain if the entrance position are still within the RoW
(not exceed his parking area). WIKA also had given socialization to the
residents and office-store owners nearby before starting the constructions.
