1 Executive Summary

Ziitrics Solutions Limited has recognized the need for a turn-key IT infrastructure
framework to support the business of CTC Global Links Limited. This recognition
has given rise to the under listed solution initiatives to support CTC Global Links
from a strategic point of view. We are presenting a summary implementation plan
to support this effort given the breath of the subject matter being presented and
the numerous solution initiative proposed.

These solution models have been developed to approach this implementation


from a users point of view, like giving them the familiar Windows environments.
These systems when implemented will support a seamless user experience.

A Technical Assessment will further be conducted to gather the business


requirement as well as the user expectation before the final product that will most
benefit CTC Global Links is submitted. Our approach is to propose the best
solution with the least cost and low failure rate. This would be achieved by reusing
the approach we have used on other projects - guided by our experience over
time with regards to product interoperability and acceptable industry standards

4. Implementation Approach

SAP provides a comprehensive implementation methodology which

Project Preparation: In this stage, the initial logistics and


infrastructure required to complete the project are
established and installed. The detailed project plans will
also be prepared and finalized.

Business Blueprint (Design): During this stage of the


implementation, all business processes to be supported by
the solution will be discussed, agreed upon and
documented. The result will be the blueprint or detailed
requirements document. This will be the basis of the
implementation.

Realization (System Customization): The SAP Business One


consultants assigned to the project will spend a couple of
weeks to configure the solution according the
specifications of the blueprint document. This will include
all forms of data migration and report designs.

Final Preparation: At this phase of the implementation, the


solution will be made available to Amazon Energy Nigeria
for testing and validation. All modifications arising from
testing the solution will be implemented. A sign-off will be
obtained and the system will be ready to go live. Training
of all the users will also be done during this stage.

Go Live: In the Go-live phase, actual transactions will be


made on the system over a period of time. The users will be
assessed in order to ascertain how comfortable they are
with the system. Reports will be generated from the system
and compared with existing reports for correctness.

Post Go-Live (Sustain Phase): In order to make sure that


Oryx has a solution that meets all its requirements, we will
make the support phase a priority. To achieve this, in our
plan we will allocate more than a third of the time to this

Training Strategy

Extensive training on the job will be provided as part of the


implementation, with a full knowledge transfer methodology. Oryx will
provide intensive training to all the users of the solution prior to the
go live date. A resource will be provided by Oryx to allow support of
internal staff at Amazon Energy and her partners, and also on the
change management.

This resource will be availed onsite for an agreed specific time, and if
need be Oryx will allocate more resources to allow smooth training of

2. Obstacles

Having considered the nature of your business, we will be providing our services
free for the period of the blue-print where we will sit down to understand the
requirements and possibly help build out a process flow for the organization to
help improve staff performance both Manually and automated.

Any obstacle that cant be given a process flow will be passed over to
management to determine the best way to go about it.

3. Technical Obstacles

We dont expect any technical issues for this project but in case any is
encountered all technical team shall sit down and fashion out a solution to be

control capabilities. The solution that enables rapid employee productivity, while
empowering managers to make better business decisions and stay ahead of the

A custom-built workflow application that captures all critical business


requirements for the company to run seamlessly now and in the future while
reducing the need for expensive SAP license This mean that going forward, all
user requirements will be captured and developed independently to integrate
with SAP without additional requirement for an SAP license. These applications
will be built out to handle the various application requirement for the business be
it to handle specific business requirement for aviation, oil and gas or real estate.

A custom-built Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse (DW) to help handle


reporting, analytics and decision making. This will be coded in .NET which is an
industry standard development language from Microsoft and blends well with
SAP. It can also be implemented easily across platforms including new hardware
