Project Manager

-prepare and maintain the product descriptions
-ensure team managers implement the quality control measures agreed upon the
product in product descriptions and work packages
-design and prepare the project, stage and exception plans
-decide how many management and technical stages required
-instruct corrective action for work package variance
-prepare exception report for stage tolerances will be exceeded
-create the risk maangement strategy

Project Support
-Advise the PM of any proposed or actual changes
