    Thedelayedcokingtechnologyisathermalcrackingprocesstoupgradeandconvertpetroleumresidue,asphalt,orslopoilintogas,
    naphtha,gasoilandpetroleumcoke.Itmainlyconsistsofheater(furnace),cokingdrums,fractionatingsectionandgasrecovering
    section.


    2FeaturesofTechnology

    Premiumpetroleumcoke(needlecoke)canbeproduced.
    Doublefired,multipointsteam(orwater)injection,onlinespalling,didirectionsteam/airdecokingandothertechniquesenablea3year
    runlengthoftheheaterand5%savingofenergy.
    Theautomationandsafetyinterlockdesigntechniquesforsteamstripping,waterquench,cokecooling,hydraulicdecokingandoil/gas
    preheatingoperationsofthecokedrumsnotonlyreduceworkintensityandensuresafeoperation,butalsocreateconditionsforreducing
    thedrumcycletimeto16~18hours.
    Thequenchoilinjectionandantifoamingagentinjectiontothetopofcokedrum,andtheslopoilandsludgerefiningtechniques
    providetheproperinjectionposition,injectionvolumeandrelativeprotectionmeasures,preventingthecokedrumfoamingandthecoke
    finecarryoverintofractionator.
    Duringtheprocessfromsteamstrippingtowaterquench,theoilvaporandsteamenterablowdownsystem,whichtreatsthevaporand
    steaminclosedmodebystages.Theblowdownsystemcannotonlyrecoveroilandwaterandreduceenvironmentalpollution,butalso
    processthesimilaroilandwastewaterofthewholerefinery
    Theoil/gaspreheatingprocessofcokedrumwithnocokeparkingvalveimprovestheoil/gaspreheatingflowscheme,reducesthe
    deformationofcokedrumduringoil/gaspreheatingandshortensthetimeofoil/gaspreheating.
    Equipmentimprovementofcokedrum:Overheadellipticalheadinsteadofsphericalheadisdesignedforthecokedrum,increasingthe
    effectivevolumeofcokedrum.Thetransitionsectionbetweenskirtandshellconnectionisforgepiecestructureinsteadofoverlay
    structure,extendingfatiguelife.Thealloysteelandcladdingareusedinsteadofcarbonsteel,improvingcorrosionresistance.
    Thehighefficiencyinternalsimprovetheseparationaccuracyandoperationflexibility,andreducecokefinecarryover.
    ThefractionatorrecycleoiluppercirculationwashingandlowersprayingwashingtechniquesreducethecokefinecarryoverinHCGOand
    otherproducts,improvingthefeedpropertyfordownstreamunits.Thelowrecycleratiooperationandflexiblerecycleratioadjustment
    arefulfilledatthesametime.
    Thecokecoolingwaterandcokecuttingwateraretreatedseparatelyinclosedsystemsandrecycledforreuse.Allthetreatedcoke
    coolingwaterisrecycledforreusetoprotectenvironment.
    Owingtothedevelopmentoflargescaleunitengineeringtechniques,thesingleunitcapacitycanreach1.40~1.60Mt/y.
