Visteons Electronic Throttle Body should be mounted such that the throttle shaft is more than 45 degrees away from
horizontal. It is considered beneficial to also mount the throttle body with the bore more than 3 degrees from
horizontal to allow water buildup to seep away from the throttle shaft.
