functional modules, each of which describes a discreet unit of work that will
be performed by workers. These modules will allow workers to complete the
processing of Food Stamps/HEAP/TA applications up to the point where the
results of the determination are submitted to WMS, which will remain the
system of record for application and case data.

I/EDR and OSS are used by most social services districts to scan, index,
retrieve, annotate client images. These images are used by the SSDs in
their client case processing separately or from within myWorkspace.
This person is to be the developer for the maintenance and enhancement of
these systems.
