from the experience

In the 2nd session we shared our WOW moments within our group. The stories shared among
the group helped us in knowing about what was important to the individual and it helped us in
gaining insight about different aspects of the circumstances which were so close to the group
members.
We also got to know about the Yin and Yang masculine and feminine attributes which was
applicable to us while doing the I AM activity. As an individual I could get to know how many
attributes fall under the masculine and feminine category.
We discussed about the 3 most vital attributes which are important to us as an individual and
as in group.
On doing the activity about which part of our body binds us, I could realize my mouth was
binding and needs to be free and flexible in the real world.
While doing the activity of recollecting my past experiences from my birth till date which
included both the good and bad events of my life, I could recollect some good evergreen
memories which needed some celebration as it was quite inspiring to me.
While recollecting some bad events I could realize that I could have taken corrective actions
which was in my purview and could have stopped or prevented from happening. I could
recollect more of good memories down the line rather than bad ones.
