1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Triple NS Legacy (TNSL) is a start-up T-Shirt printing services located at

Kuantan City, Pahang. TNSL expects to catch the interest of regular loyal customer
with its good services and high quality of T-Shirt products. The company plans to
build a strong market position in the city, due to partners business experience and
mild competitive climate in area.

TNSL aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet the demand of
the middle to higher income local market area residents and other people around
Malaysia through online.

TNSL is incorporated in the state of Kuantan. It is equally owned and

managed by its 4 partners. Miss Ashikin Bahari has extensive experience in sales,
marketing and management. Miss Syafiqah Mukhtar brings experience in the area
of finance, including as accountant at CIMB Bank and three others business partner
with their own speciality. The company intends to hire three full-time general worker
to handle T-Shirt printing operation and day to day operations.

Triple NS Legacy will start operation in January 2018. We are hope that our
business will went well and well known to others people in Malaysia, especially
Kuantans people. So that, we can open another branches real soon that can give
benefits to customer and job opportunities to young generation.

Our company name is Triple NS Printing Legacy. This company will be

established in 1 January 2017 and registered as a partnership company. The
purpose of our business is to produce printed T-Shirt as our main product. The
customer can custom made their own design from our company and this product is
suitable for people who love simple and casual style. Our company registered by
intellectual property corporation of Malaysian to ensure our design not limited and
cannot be copy by others.

Our industry profile is we provide T-Shirt printed size from the smallest to the
largest (XXS-5XL) and the quality of the T-Shirt is suitable for the weather of our
country and high quality.

This business will be operating in G04, Blok B, Kuantan Centre Point, Jalan
Haji Abdul Rahman, 25000 Kuantan, Pahang. It is operating at residential area which
is many population consist of people range (13 65) years old. Most of the resident
are student, working individual and families.

companys performance.

A better administrative plan will give positive impact to the company. A good
process of establishing, maintaining and managing will give benefits to the
employees of an organization while running the business smoothly and effectively.

4.7 MARKETING STRATEGIES (4P)

The marketing strategies consist of four key variable. The marketing strategy will be using a
combination of advertising, promotional effort and word-of-mouth program to convince
people about our superior services and innovative features. A good marketing strategy
should be drawn from market research and focus on the right product mix in order to achieve
the maximum profit potential and sustain the business. The market strategy is the foundation
of a marketing plan. The concept that we use in our marketing strategies is 4P. It consists of
product, pricing strategy, place and promotion.

4.7.1 Product

T-shirt printing is one of the important component in order to do any types of event such as
sport event, family event and any official event. Moreover we also be the supplier of the
printed t-shirt to any school at the area for any event, sport t-shirt and uniform t-shirt for
student. The t-shirt that being provide for order is from cotton fabric and jersey .The t-shirt
also divide to two which is long sleeve and short sleeve .It also consist many choice of
colour and design that follow the trend and customer needs. The size being provide is from
free saiz , XS until 5XL which is suitable for women and men from any size. There are many
type of market segmentation. However the main group is from students and residents of
Taman Bukit Sekilau. There are special attention needs to be given to the following
expected:

4.7.1.1 Brand

Our brand name is Triple NS Legacy. The logo of our business is Your Comfort is our
satisfied. We are open from 10 am to 10 pm a day , 6 days a week and 288 days a year. The
operation hour is suitable for our market segmentation and its also depend on any holiday
per year. We also received any order for group and per person for event or personal needs.
The core business is printing t-shirt. Our profesional is finished the order by the time that
been set by customer. Usually we only take 2 or 3 week to finished the order. Moreover the
product different is we also provide the delivery process to customer free of charge. In
addition we also use the proper packaging to protect the product and delivered to customer
in good condition.

4.7.1.2 Quality

The printed t-shirt which is from cotton fabric and jersey fabric is high quality and
comfortable for customer in Malaysia whether which is hot an rainy. The t-shirt also is long
lasting and light to be wear in daily or during event. The printed words and images also are
very bright, attractive and high quality. The colour do not easily fade away due to the ink is
very quality and gred AAA. The machine that being used is heat press machine which are
modern technology for design and printing.

4.7.1.3 Labelling

The labelling of the product is focus on the t-shirt label. The t-shirt stock are from ZT
VERSATILE ENTERPRISE and we simply label the t-shirt with our business name. Other
than that the label is design by our own. The label is consist the name of company on it.

Customer come to the shop for order and give the detail. We design and printing the t-shirt
as their wish . After finished the order we make the delivery process to customer free of
charge. The service is basic for the quantity that being order more than 5 pieces.

Promotion is the activity done in order to increase the sales of an organizations product or
services. We are using this technique for the awareness and fame of the product in the
market. The main function of promotion includes to inform, persuade and to remind about
the product. By using this technique, we can create awareness and earn high profit. We use
the promotion:

4.8.1 Signboard

The sign are so widespread and hardly notice them. The location of the shop is quite hidden
and this affected the number or customer that come to our shop. Moreover there also many
competitor around the shop location because the other shop have many signboard that easy
to notice. After that we decide to do signboard to easy customer to notice our shop. We
decide to place the signboard at front of the shop. The signboard size is quite big and easy
to notice. We also choose the bright colour as it is more likely to be notice. The word and
description also very clear and easy to read.

4.8.2 Bunting

Bunting also one of important component in promotion because it will easier the customer to
notice the shop. We decide to place the bunting at 3 different place along the road Jalan Haji
Abdul Rahman. It is the main road and many vehicle passing the road. The bunting is
important as the shop is quite hidden and difficult to notice. The bunting size is quite big and
easy to notice when they pass the road. We also choose the bright colour as it is more likely
to be notice. The word and description also very clear and easy to read. The bunting consist
name , location of shop and phone number.

4.8.3 Social Networking

Business through social network can drive sales because business through online is in trend
nowadays. The social network is such as Facebook , Instagram and Blog. We also use
application Whatsapp to dealing with customer at number 019-51221176. The name of
Facebook , Instagram and Blog is Triple NS Legacy. We promote our design by give many
sample of the design. The customer also can choose any design that being display as there
also have description on it that explain about size , colour and material. Moreover customer
also can simply order through the facebook , instagram and blog as the phone number are
been given at each post. The online order using social network will be given by using
delivery process with postage. Furthermore it also increase the promotion strategy.

We spread the business information using flyers. Flyers have been a marketing stapler for
decades and with good reason. We are essential for promotion advertising sales, drumming
up business for stores opening and much more. The flyers consist name of business with
logo, sample of design with description , location and phone number . The discount also
been noted on the flyers. Less is more , the description is simple but easy to readers to
understand the main point of the message at a glance.
